ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS!
We understand that sometimes there might be a little issue with your items, however please understand that all items are 100% homemade and is made with love. We are not a machine, therefore we are not a robot. 

All items will be shipped within 5-10 business days (8-12 weeks customs) and tracking will be available. 

Once tracking number is issued, and item is not received after 10-15 business days, please contact your carrier and notify NMZ Designs.  I highly recommend to add route to your cart. ROUTE WILL PROTECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER, IF ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED!!!

Address: PLEASE CONFIRM ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PURCHASING. ONCE ITEM(s) ARE PLACED, ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED  

Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, please email info@nmzdesigns.com with your order number, contact information, what is wrong with your order, and pictures within 2 days of receiving the item(s). Failure to provide the information, exchanges will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and according and make sure your replacement is sent out. However, we do inquire for the original item to be sent back for a replacement.

TUMBLERS and FRESHIES ARE FINAL SALES, AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED!

 

TUMBLER CARE INFORMATION: DO NOT PUT IN THE MICROWAVE. DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER. HAND WASH YOUR TUMBLERS ONLY. DO NOT SOAK. DO NOT DROP. HANDLE WITH CARE. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CHEMICALS. DO NOT LEAVE IN EXTREME HEAT (INCLUDING YOUR VEHICLE)

Freshies: All freshies are FINAL. Please be sure to follow Freshie Care Instruction located on the back of the packaging. Please be mindful that coloring on freshies may melt, depending on humidity and may stain. NMZ DESIGNS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.

3D Prints: Please note that all 3D prints will have a small imperfection. Everything is custom and made with love!

NMZ DESIGNS RIGHTS: I reserve the rights to cancel and/or refund an order at any point in time. Also, with the rights to refuse services at any point in time for any given reasons.

**24-Hour Cancellation Policy**

At NMZ Designs, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as work on your custom item may have already begun.

Please be aware that NMZ Designs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
