**2. Custom Orders**  
All custom orders are made-to-order and require approval of design before production begins. Once a custom design is approved, no further changes can be made.

**3. Payment**  
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

**4. Shipping**  
We aim to ship orders within the stated processing time. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors. NMZ Designs is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

**5. Cancellations**  
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, as production may have begun.

**6. Returns and Exchanges**  
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

**7. Intellectual Property**  
All designs and products created by NMZ Designs are the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our permission.
