Once tracking number is issued, and item is not received after 10-15 business days, Please contact your carrier and notify NMZ Designs.  I highly recommend to add route to your cart. ROUTE WILL PROTECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER, IF ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED!!!
